There many different types of cocktails that can go with green vegetables. Some of the most popular options include:
  • Mimosa: This classic brunch cocktail is made with champagne and orange juice. The sweetness of the orange juice pairs well with the bitterness of green vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts.
  • Bloody Mary: This savory cocktail is made with vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. The acidity of the tomato juice helps to cut through the richness of green vegetables like spinach, avocado, and artichoke hearts.
  • Gin and Tonic: This refreshing cocktail is made with gin, tonic water, and lime juice. The light and crisp flavor of the gin goes well with the earthy taste of green vegetables like kale, chard, and collard greens.
  • Mojito: This Cuban cocktail is made with rum, mint, lime juice, and sugar. The minty flavor of the mojito adds a touch of freshness to green vegetables like cucumber, celery, and zucchini.
  • Vesper Martini: This James Bond-inspired cocktail is made with gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc. The dry and refreshing flavor of the Vesper Martini pairs well with green vegetables like green beans, peas, and asparagus.

No matter what your taste, there’s sure to be a cocktail out there that goes well with green vegetables. So next time you’re planning a charcuterie board, don’t forget to include a few cocktails to complement your Happy Hour
