Orders and Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

While we don’t do returns or exchanges, we want to assure you that we care deeply about your satisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with your order number and some photos. We assure you that each case will be handled with utmost care and we’ll try to find the best solution possible.

We kindly ask you to please double-check your order before placing it as we do not offer exchanges.
