We could honestly eat charcuterie for every single meal and this was no exception. The key to a successful board? Fill it all the way up! And I mean all the way, no blank spots. I also try to use little dishes to give some varying height to the board.
For this board, I started with the bagels in the center and kind of created a dividing line. I then filled one side with bagel toppings (cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, smoked salmon, lemon, onion, avocado)
The other side had fruit, hard boiled eggs (buy the prepackaged ones), salami, cheese, and prosciutto. Then i filled the empty areas with different crackers.
